Delegates across China are preparing for their most significant political gatherings, known as the Two Sessions. The nation's political advisory committee, known as the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), will be starting its meeting tomorrow. It's widely considered to be secondary to the gathering of the country's top legislature, the National People's Congress. The simultaneous meetings take place as China embarks on its new planning cycle. Mr Drew Thompson, a senior fellow from S Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University, shared more about China's 15th Five-Year Plan, which will guide policy direction through the end of the decade.
