Russia-Ukraine war: Macron and Starmer co-chair "Coalition of the Willing" meeting on Ukraine

Ukraine's European allies, buoyed by Washington's promise to help guarantee Kyiv's security, have held a virtual meeting of the so-called Coalition of the Willing. Those talks follow the recent meeting with US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House. The coalition talks were co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who discussed a framework for security guarantees.
