Several people injured in Taiwan after attack at Taipei subway station

Several people have been injured after an attack at a subway station in Taipei. The incident reportedly happened around 5:30pm local time at an exit of Taipei Main Station. According to local media, the suspect threw smoke bombs before stabbing several people. He proceeded to escape toward Zhongshan Mass Rapid Train station,  throwing smoke bombs along the way. He later entered a shopping complex, where he allegedly attacked people.
