Shawn Huang on gross monthly income of PMEs

In 2025, the gross monthly income from employment, excluding employer CPF contributions, of full-time employed resident professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) was about S$4,500 at the 10th percentile, S$5,400 at the 20th percentile and S$6,000 at the 25th percentile. The median income was S$8,400. At the higher end, incomes were about S$12,100 at the 75th percentile and S$13,900 at the 80th percentile. Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Manpower Shawn Huang shared these statistics in reply to an MP’s question in parliament on Tuesday (Apr 7).
