Singapore contributing S$1m to public fundraising efforts for humanitarian aid to Gaza
Singapore is contributing S$1 million to public fundraising efforts for humanitarian aid to Gaza. This will be given out equally to organisations like the Singapore Red Cross, as well as non-profits like Mercy Relief and Humanity Matters. Meanwhile, more than 170 people took to the streets to help raise funds in support of Humanity Matters’ relief efforts for civilians in Gaza. It is the non-profit organisation’s third street collection and it was held in conjunction
with the UN International Human Solidarity Day.
