The leaders of Singapore and Malaysia will meet on Thursday to review fast-moving joint projects and deepen cooperation across a widening range of sectors. The 12th Leaders' Retreat in Singapore is expected to shape the trajectory of bilateral ties in the coming years. Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim are expected to focus their discussions on the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone, the RTS Link, as well as expanding renewable-energy cooperation.
