Singapore to pass Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices into law in second half of year

Singapore will ensure employees are protected from workplace discrimination by passing the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices into law in the second half of 2024. Speaking at a conference to mark International Women's Day, Minister for Communications and Information Josephine Teo says this can help women advance and fulfil their potential.
