Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean said this during a visit to Zhejiang -- an economic powerhouse on China's eastern coast. He is on a week-long tour of China. Hangzhou, the provincial capital of Zhejiang, is the birthplace of Chinese tech giant Alibaba and a major hub for e-commerce. Located next to the city's largest university zone is the Singapore-Hangzhou Science and Technology Park. Singapore's bilateral trade with Zhejiang province grew over 10% last year.
