Details have emerged of two Singaporeans missing in Taiwan after Wednesday’s earthquake. Identified as husband and wife Sim Hwee Kok and Neo Siew Choo, they were last seen preparing to board a bus to Taroko National Park. CNA’s Taiwan correspondent Victoria Jen has this report from Hualien.
