Singapore's core inflation falls to 2.1% in October, lowest in nearly 3 years

Market watchers expect Singapore's inflation to stay low in 2025, as global energy prices have remained below last year's levels. Services inflation, which has been on an easing trend, is expected to slow further, as productivity improves. Singapore's core inflation fell to 2.1 per cent on-year in October from 2.8 per cent in September, the lowest since December 2021.
