Singapore's Jewish community facing acts of hostility linked to Middle East conflict: Shanmugam

Coordinating Minister for National Security K Shanmugam said people in Singapore must be free to practise their religion and be protected from discrimination and harassment. Speaking on the sidelines of the 120th anniversary celebrations of the Chesed-El Synagogue, he added that acts of antisemitism will not be tolerated in the country. This, as some members of the Jewish community have faced hostile incidents linked to the Middle East conflict. Rebecca Metteo reports.
