Singapore's key exports expanded at a faster pace in March, propped by strong AI-related demand. Non-oil domestic exports rose 15.3% on-year — a jump from the 4% growth in February and extending gains for a seventh straight month. Electronics shipments surged 74% on the back of strong demand for integrated circuits. However, analysts said the strong performance is unlikely to be sustained. While demand linked to AI remains supportive in the near term, they expect growth to moderate amid ongoing geopolitical tensions.
