Singles in Singapore will get priority access to BTO flats near their parents, under the extension of a scheme that was previously limited to married couples. Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong announced this in his National Day Rally 2024 speech on Aug 18, adding that the move will take effect from the middle of 2025.
