Almost everyone has experienced insomnia at some point. But what do you do if you are unable to fall asleep, and stay asleep for a significant amount of time, for days on end or even weeks? Doctors say being unable to sleep properly more than three times a week, over a period of three months, could be a sign of chronic insomnia, a condition altogether different from the typical sleepless night.
