South Korea could deploy team to Ukraine to monitor North Korean troops
South Korea has said it could deploy a team to Ukraine to monitor North Korean troop movements in Russia, amid growing concern over Moscow and Pyongyang's deepening military alliance. At least 11,000 troops are estimated to have been sent to Russia, with Seoul reporting more than 3,000 of them deployed close to the front lines. Concerns are also rising as North Korea's top diplomat pays a visit to Russia -- her second trip to the country in six weeks. Dasha Chernyshova and Megumi Lim report from Moscow and Kyiv respectively.
