South Korean president holds briefing to mark his 2nd year in office
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has admitted his government's efforts have fallen short, as he marked two years in office. In his first media conference in nearly two years, Mr Yoon laid out plans to tackle flagging birth rates, which he called a national emergency.
