New handbook to guide employers in supporting employees' mental health
A new handbook launched by the Workplace Safety and Health Council will guide employers in Singapore on creating a positive workplace culture and setting up support systems. It will offer a step-by-step framework on how to help employees return to work after recovering from mental health conditions. It will also guide company leaders to serve as role models in pushing for good practices, and train supervisors to identify distress signs. Ivy Chok reports.
