Man, 66, arrested for murder after 30-year-old woman stabbed in Yishun noise dispute
A 30-year-old Vietnamese woman has died, following a violent knife attack. When the police arrived at the scene at an Yishun HDB block, they found a couple in their 30s and a 66-year-old man. All three were taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, where the woman later died. The elderly man, who lives in a neighbouring unit, has been arrested for murder. Preliminary investigations suggest an ongoing noise dispute led to the incident. The couple are believed to have two young children under the age of five. Nadirah Zaidi reports.
