No linear correlation between spending and capability: Chan Chun Sing
Singapore Defence Minister Chan Chun Sing said defence capability is not directly linked to how much a country spends. In an interview wrapping up the close of the Shangri-La Dialogue, Mr Chan said that what matters is consistent investment over time.
