Three Singaporean youths aged 14 to 19 have been detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA) for plotting attacks in the country. While the cases are unrelated, the youths were self-radicalised online and were targeting schools and a military base. The 14-year-old is the youngest to be detained under the ISA.
