Sweden keen to take bilateral, economic relations with Singapore to next level
Sweden's state secretary for foreign trade said the country wants to take bilateral and economic relations with Singapore to the next level. Mr Håkan Jevrell said both countries share an interest in staying open amid an uncertain global climate, such as the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf will make a three-day visit to Singapore from tomorrow. He will be accompanied by the ministers for foreign affairs, as well as infrastructure and housing, along with a business delegation. It's the first state visit by a Swedish king to Singapore.
