Tan Boon Liat Building has been sold in a conditional S$950 million en bloc deal to a unit of Kingsford Group, subject to owner and regulatory approval. If the sale proceeds, the freehold site near Havelock MRT station could be redeveloped into a mixed-use project with at least 800 homes.
