Tan Kiat How on SingPost's service quality
SingPost has consistently met the Postal Quality of Service standards set by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) over the years and data on this compliance is published on the IMDA website. Last year, IMDA received 23 pieces of feedback on postal service quality, related to letters being wrongly delivered or delayed - similar to 2023 and 2024. Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information Tan Kiat How said this in parliament on Wednesday (Feb 4) in answer to an MP’s questions.
