Training allowance for SkillsFuture Level-Up to be extended to part-time courses | National Day Rally 2024
From 2025, workers who take time off for full-time training under the SkillsFuture Level-Up programme will get a new training allowance of up to S$3,000 a month, announced Prime Minister Lawrence Wong in his speech at the National Day Rally 2024 on Aug 18. This benefit will be available for every Singaporean aged 40 and above who attend full-time training under the programme. "We will extend some of the training allowance to those who attend part-time courses as well, he said, adding that more details will be shared by the Ministry of Education later.
