Trump to host leaders of resource-rich Central Asian nations at White House
Leaders from five Central Asian nations are preparing for a White House meeting with US President Donald Trump later today. The summit follows recent efforts by other major powers, including China and Russia, to bolster trade relations with the resource-rich region. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has also underscored plans to visit the countries next year. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are also marking the 10th anniversary of the C5+1 grouping. Nick Harper reports from Washington DC.
