Türkiye and Indonesia to work together to rebuild Palestinian territories
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said all efforts to prevent the independence of the Palestinian territories are unlawful. Speaking at a joint press statement with his Indonesian counterpart Prabowo Subianto in Bogor, West Java, he underscored that such attempts would only add to bloodshed and increase instability. Mr Prabowo said Indonesia and Türkiye firmly believe that the solution for peace in the region is independence for Palestinian territories with a two-state solution. Mr Erdogan is in Indonesia for a two-day state visit as both countries mark 75 years of diplomatic relations. Saifulbahri Ismail reports.
