The UK has rolled out the red carpet for US President Donald Trump for an unprecedented second state visit. Mr Trump and first lady Melania were greeted in Windsor by the Prince and Princess of Wales. They later joined King Charles and Queen Camilla for a carriage procession through the Windsor Estate towards the castle, for a welcome ceremony.
