Minister of State for National Development Alvin Tan announced this in parliament on Wednesday (Mar 4). There will also be a new community space called Glade Lawn, while a pedestrian bridge linking Bay South Garden and Bay East Garden will be ready by 2028. Meanwhile, Singapore is investing S$60 million in a new marine science research centre of excellence.
