Tan Kiat How on pricing and affordability of Community Care Apartments

The government provides eligible seniors with housing grants and offers market discounts to keep Community Care Apartments (CCAs) affordable for seniors. With more options to age well in the community, demand for CCAs has moderated. Subsidies for care services by CCA staff are similar to those of existing subsidised aged care services.
