SAFRA is a familiar and accessible platform for national servicemen, their families and the wider community to come together to participate in Total Defence activities, said MP Alex Yeo. More can be done to mobilise this platform, he said in parliament on Friday (Feb 27). He wanted to know if the Ministry of Defence has plans to better leverage SAFRA’s infrastructure and network to build stronger ties and raise Total Defence awareness in the community.
