More than a million National Servicemen would have received S$200 worth of LifeSG credits in November 2024, of whom 26 per cent are aged above 60. Those who need help to claim the credits can contact the NS Call Centre, approach digital ambassadors at SG Digital Community Hubs and ServiceSG centres, or request hardcopy vouchers from the Ministry of Defence or Ministry of Home Affairs.
