SEOUL, April 27 : Shares in Nvidia's chip supplier SK Hynix rallied more than 7 per cent to a record high on Monday, after U.S. chipmaker Intel's earnings results rekindled expectations of artificial intelligence demand.
The South Korean company outperformed its rival Samsung Electronics, whose shares rose 2.5 per cent as it braces for a potential strike by unionised workers in South Korea in May.
