In ‘Destination Anywhere’, Melanie Oliveiro listens in on the foodie tales of Chef Jordi Noguera, Head of Food Services, Singapore and Malaysia at food services company Sodexo. In Cambodia, Chef Jordi will talk about dining at Tevy’s Place which he says serves up comfort food in its purest form – from curries to banana flower salads.  In Mumbai, India, he’ll recall eating at The Bombay Canteen which reinterprets comforting Indian flavours into bistro-style dishes. And in Spain where he comes from, Chef Jordi will reminisce eating at Els Casals in Catalonia where they practise the “full circle” philosophy, as well as Detako Gastrobar in Granada where the founders serve Spanish-Japanese fusion fare.
