Chow Yi Tong is the founder and Key Executive Officer of Mindlinks Group, a real estate agency with over a hundred agents. Yi Tong shares how he chose to leave school at 14 to work to help his single mother support the family. Yi Tong worked multiple jobs and through sheer determination and grit, Yi Tong found success selling vacuum cleaners in his later-teens. He translated those lessons to the property sector and started his own agency at 25.
