Chef Heman will highlight some recipes that prove the versatility and richness of plant-based cuisine – and how these flavour bombs can be both satisfying and nutritious. Chef Heman will also talk about a series of healthy cooking workshops, “2 Plus Balancing Wellness”, which he’s conducting with health educator and nutritionist, Dr Chua Kay Tse. Their workshops aim to run the gamut of educational healthy cooking classes – from nutritional science tips to plating techniques.
