Natalie, who has won every one of the 13 ultra-marathons she's raced in, shares with us the life-shaping experiences of kindness and humanity she's received on her endurance runs, how she persevered through the intense heat and injuries (and outran packs of wild dogs!), and why she believes anyone at any age can redefine their limits and rewrite their labels.
