CNA938 Rewind - A Letter to Myself: Ultra-marathoner Natalie Dau gears up to break her own Guinness World Record
Natalie Dau set the Guinness World Record for the fastest time on foot across Peninsular Malaysia in 2024, at the age of 52 — she took a mere eight days and 46 minutes. On 7 March 2026, she'll be attempting to break her own record — while raising funds for charity, just as she did on her first run. Natalie, who has won every one of the 13 ultra-marathons she's raced in, shares with us the life-shaping experiences of kindness and humanity she's received on her endurance runs, how she persevered through the intense heat and injuries (and outran packs of wild dogs!), and why she believes anyone at any age can redefine their limits and rewrite their labels.
