Her experience as a caregiver and subsequent ordeal as a patient led her to start the Brain Tumour Society Singapore in 2014, which supports patients and their families. Melissa tells us how she found the inner strength to go through the most trying times of her treatment and recovery, and shares the empowering messages she'd write in her letter to her younger self.
