Dr Eric Chiam is the founder of Minmed, a prominent chain of clinics focussing on preventive healthcare and wellness. In addition to sharing what he'd write in his "letter to his younger self", Dr Chiam also shares how the modest circumstances of his growing-up years motivated him to become a doctor, how he learned to embrace his talent for enterprise, and the harmony he's discovered between his medical purpose and his culinary passion — he is also the founder of Saveur, a French restaurant on Purvis Street, which he started with two young chefs in 2011.
