A study by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) found that 68% of Singapore youths aged 18–35 are actively or passively seeking new jobs despite high employment rates. The research also revealed a gap between youths’ and employers’ expectations – youths value communication skills most, while employers prioritise problem-solving.
