Hawker food could soon get more expensive as we deal with rising costs linked to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Fuel prices have gone up, delivery fees are higher, and many hawkers say these costs are adding up quickly. Some are seeing operating costs rise by about 10%, while profits have dropped by as much as 20%.
