Jovin Tan is synonymous with para-sailing in Singapore. He's won gold medals at the Asian Para Games (2014) and ASEAN Para Games (2015); he's also participated in four consecutive Paralympic Games (first in 2004). In 2022, he switched to boccia and won his first international gold medal in November 2025.
