Singapore's February Developer Sales results came out today (16 March), and it turns out developers here sold a little over 245 private homes - down 84.6 per cent from a year earlier. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) also noted that the latest sales - without executive condominiums - is just over half the 466 units sold last month.
