The US agreed on March 11 to resume military aid and intelligence sharing with Ukraine after the latter said it would accept a US proposal for a 30-day ceasefire in its conflict with Russia. The offer is now off to Russia, so the ball is in Moscow’s court. How will Moscow respond and will the ceasefire hold?
