A study by global policy advisory firm Kantar Public showed that women are thought to lead best in sectors like childcare, fashion and beauty. But not so much in areas like tech, gaming, engineering or manufacturing. This “occupational segregation” shows that women are also prejudiced against themselves, moving away from careers in such sectors.
