A decade since it disappeared, no one knows what happened to MH370 after it took off just after midnight on March 8, 2014. Families continue to pressure officials to keep searching.

Even things like closing bank accounts or seeking compensation, (my interviewee) met with roadblocks ... even having to get a death certificate ... he still believes there is hope in finding his son.
Each time the anniversary approaches is another emotional rollercoaster ride (for families). Although they move on to focus on their families, their career, but they are still hoping that (their loved ones) will be found one day.
