COE prices close mixed across all categories at end of May 6 bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices closed mixed at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Friday (May 6).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW) went up by 3.21 per cent to S$70,901.

Large cars (above 1600cc or 97kW) saw premiums go up from S$90,002 in the previous bidding exercise to S$92,090.

Meanwhile, goods vehicles and buses saw COE prices go down by 2.14 per cent to S$50,890.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went down to S$9,489, compared to S$9,801 in the previous bidding exercise.

Finally, in the open category, which can be used for any types of vehicles, premiums went down by 4.89 per cent to S$91,112.
