COE prices rise across all categories at end of Feb 9 bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices rose across all categories at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (Feb 9).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1,600cc & 97kW) went up by 4.94 per cent to S$60,761.

For large cars (above 1,600cc or 97kW), premiums increased from S$82,001 in the previous bidding exercise to S$86,102.

For goods vehicles and buses, COE prices rose by 2.33 per cent to S$44,001.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up to S$10,010, compared to S$10,000 in the previous bidding exercise.

And in the open category, which can be used for any type of vehicles, premiums rose by 3.68 per cent to S$87,000.
