From 3pm: PAP West Coast GRC candidates hold press conference

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office S Iswaran and Minister for Trade and Industry Lim Hng Kiang said that the Reform Party's proposals may be seductive but they are “ad-hoc” and fail to adequately answer questions on the implications they have on Singaporean workers as well as who will foot the bill. The PAP's West Coast GRC team consists of Mr Iswaran, Mr Lim, Ms Foo Mee Har and Mr Patrick Tay.

From 2pm: Walkabouts around the island continue

Dr Chee shared personal annedotes from his journey as a politician and also spoke about his decision to contest in Holland-Bukit Timah GRC. "I am afraid the cruise ship is over capacity limit, and it used to be a luxury cruise ship. The designer claimed that it is not sinkable. The name is Titanic," he said.

Minister Yaacob Ibrahim addressed The Workers' Party's claims that redrawing Jalan Besar GRC so many times has confused residents, before boarding an SBS bus serving the area to greet commuters.
