S’pore FHM to cease publication from Sept
SINGAPORE — The September issue of Singapore FHM magazine is its last, publisher MediaCorp announced yesterday.
The most recent issue, released on Aug 26, featured actress Jae Liew on its cover.
She is currently starring in long-running local drama Tanglin, which airs on Channel 5.
“Closing a title is never easy, but the media world is constantly evolving and the media-consumption habits of men have changed over the years” said Ms Jessie Sng, who is head of Men, Women and Parents Customer Group atMediaCorp.
“We thank our Singapore FHM readers for their support in the last 10 years,” she added.
With the cessation of Singapore FHM magazine, MediaCorp will now focus its resources on new men’s segment projects that are “relevant in this ever-changing landscape”, the company said.
