At least 178 cases of credit card fraud at retail stores have been reported to the police since Oct 1. Earlier this month, five people linked to such cases were arrested. Another four suspects were arrested in recent weeks. All nine have been charged. Police are still looking for 11 others who have left the country. The suspects are mostly from China, Malaysia and Russia. They are also allegedly linked to transnational syndicates.
